The provision of Become Your Own Therapist is governed by a separate, detailed Become Your Own Therapist Agreement, which will be provided to you before our first formal session at time of order.
The provision of Bespoke Workout & Nutrition Plans is governed by a separate, detailed Bespoke Workout & Nutrition Agreement, which will be provided to you before our first formal session at time of order.
The provision of Q/A Sessions is governed by a separate, detailed Q/A Session Agreement, which will be provided to you before our first formal session at time of order.
The provision of Autism & PDA FOC Advice Service is governed by a separate, detailed Autism & PDA FOC Advice Service Agreement, which will be provided to you before our first formal session at time of order.
Any online sessions will be provided via Zoom and an email link sent 5-10 minutes before your allotted time. Please access the link in a safe, private and quiet zone to enable you to get the most from your session. Upon connecting if the environment is deemed unsuitable in terms of safety, privacy or noise levels to commence in an appropriate confidential manner, the session will be terminated and no refunds will be offered. It is up to you as the client to make sure the environment is suitable for the work being booked and completed.
