​Having been a survivor of multiple traumas and complex trauma and then undertaking formal training in the treatment of trauma & complex trauma, I have a unique perspective on what it takes to heal from the debilitating symptoms of trauma that cause havoc within our mind, body and soul. Using the latest evidence-based trauma treatment modalities, I will show you how to process trauma through to resolution.
